The Loving Touch, a venue in Ferndale, MI known for its quirky appeal and grungy nature, hosted the three bands; Pony, Chloe Lilac, and Kid Sistr for an electric night of pop and alternative indie rock! The headliner, Pony, came rocking straight out of the gate, dazzling the audience with their stage presence and ability to get the crowd amped for a night of spectacular musicianship!

Chloe Lilac, an alternative indie rock artist, performed and captivated fans immediately with her

energy and enthusiasm. Her charisma characterized the show through her dialogue which drew us more into the emotional state of her music. She even got fans to sit down living room concert-style and poured out her heart in a ballad. Following this tender moment, she proceeded to get back into rocking out to close her performance.

I got a chance to sit down with the girls from Kid Sistr before their performance and talk about their journey as musicians, meeting each other at the School of Rock in New York, all the way to Connecticut, and becoming best friends. You can see the love and special bond between the girls through their energy on stage. The band's chemistry is going to carry them into stardom. They even did a tribute to the girl band, The Bangles, with a cover of “walk like an Egyptian.” They closed their performance with the song, “X-tape,” which got the crowd riled up and excited towards the end of the night. Overall, it was a great night of fun and partying. Check them out for more information!
