HVN Grabs Our Attention With New Hit Attention Whore
HVN, also known as Heaven Lee Nevarez, is an upcoming singer/songwriter with Syryn Records who is making a name for herself in Los Angeles. She currently holds the title of International Music Software Trade Association Song Writer of the Year for 2018 and 2020. HVN's voice has been compared to powerhouse names such as Adele and Amy Winehouse. Her music embodies an edgy style with a polished finish. HVN aspires to be a voice for her generation in the music industry as well as for other young women who have faced obstacles in their lives.
Syryn Records is a youth-based label with the goal of promoting female and gender-expansive artists, as well as having an internship program to help people from the age of 15-22 to step foot into the music industry.
"Attention Whore" is an alternative pop song with an edge that reminds us of Maggie Lindemann and Avril Lavigne. The low drones at the beginning of the song transition into the chorus with guitars playing seamlessly. The boldness of "Attention Whore" is enough to invoke a villain era in anyone.
