Story Of The Year came to celebrate with the fans of Charlotte, NC, on 1/19/24. They played to a sold-out show, bringing along friends in Youth Fountain and We The Kings.
Youth Fountain
First up for the night was Youth Fountain, and it was an absolutely solid start to the night. These guys have a way on stage that goes straight for the attention of every person in the room. Their songs capture you from the first note and have a way of pulling on those heartstrings all at the same time. The emotionally charged lyrics paired with the angsty notes of the songs grab you and have you hooked on them!
We The Kings
Next up in the lineup for this sold-out show was We The Kings. As the lights dimmed down for the start of their set, you could feel the crowd growing more and more intense as they waited for the band to make their entrance. There wasn’t a single person not jamming out as the guys truly enthralled the crowd with classic hits like 'Check Yes Juliet' and 'Skyway Avenue'; to surprising everyone by playing their new song “Alien” while recording for their music video! So make sure you keep your eyes peeled for that enthusiastic Charlotte crowd when that video makes its way to you!

After such amazing sets from Youth Fountain and We The Kings, it was time for what everyone had been waiting for! Story Of The Year took the stage to the deafening cheers from the crowd. The passion that Story Of The Year plays with can be felt by every single person in that venue. Their energy and presence on stage are nothing short of extraordinary. The set was filled with many songs and moments that will last a lifetime for everyone in attendance. From playing Page Avenue in its entirety to playing new songs and even some "borrowed” songs it was a night fans will talk about for years to come.
